“I wanted to give you all some disturbing information on our wonderful
president. I work with the Catch-A-Dream Foundation which provides
hunting and fishing trips to children with life-threatening illnesses.
This past weekend we had our annual banquet / fundraiser event in
Starkville . “As a part of our program, we had scheduled Sgt. 1st Class
Greg Stube, a highly decorated U.S. Army Green Beret and inspirational
speaker who was severely injured while deployed overseas and didn’t have
much of a chance for survival to come. Greg is stationed at Ft. Bragg ,
NC and received permission from his commanding officer to come speak at
our function. Everything was on go until Obama made a policy that NO
U.S. SERVICEMAN CAN SPEAK AT ANY FAITH-BASED PUBLIC EVENTS ANYMORE.
Needless to say, Greg had to cancel his speaking event with us.. Didn’t
know if anyone else was aware of this new policy. Wonder what kind of
news we all will receive next. You’re just starting to see the
Obamanation. Your religion is on the list next. I don’t know about you,
but this makes me furious.
What a rotten thing to do by the “commander-in-chief”. And I’m afraid we
ain’t seen nothin yet!

Eric Holder is unresponsive to protecting prisoners from predatory rape…54 days beyond that ‘overlooked’ deadline.
Prison has its own justice system, health care system, education system but the U.S Constitution MUST NOT BE IGNORED IN PRISON! EVEN FEDERAL PRISONS ARE PART OF THE U.S.A.–HELLO.
PRISONS MUST BE IMPROVED FOR MANY REASONS. It must be improved for those who are sent there that become ‘meat’ for the lust of the depraved and dysfunctional. One prisoner speaking to students said don’t come here or you could become my ‘friend’…this in a menacing way. It was meant to deter students from prison. What it did was to EXPOSE too common practices, already exposed in the mouths of former prisoners and in the movie The Shawshank Redemption.
May God see and answer our prayers for true justice, healthy health care, helpful education and HONEST ADMINISTRATION AND ADMINISTRATORS.
“Be not afraid!” Jesus said that, and He knew why prison inhabitants and employees might be afraid.
We saw the movie. It’s not a new revelation. Now to DO SOMETHING ABOUT PRISON RAPE.
Predatory rape is not “allowed” in the U.S. anywhere, so why does it ‘allowably happen’ within our justice system? It gets more attention from the media when forced sexual assault happens in our homes, in our schools, in hospitals and psychiatric offices, in churches and by those overseeing students. It happens on our streets and in cars parked for the fun of it, initially. It happens with those who have been drugged. It happens on sports trips where young teens have gang raped a peer in a hotel room. It happens on our streets, at the airport, in public places and private places. Who should stop this? We THE PEOPLE….IT’S UP TO US.
Each one of us must know in our hearts this PRISON JUSTICE system has gone awry, and is WRONG. We must not TURN AWAY, BUT IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THOSE LEADERS WHO HAVE NO SPINE AND NO TASTE FOR JUSTICE AND MERCY–THOSE WHO WILL NOT FIGHT EVIL IN OUR PRISONS.
IMPEACHMENT IS CONSTITUTIONAL, and is available, IF WE HAVE THE GRIT TO DO IT.
Loving truth includes being there for those whose lives are in lock down–and yes, they are now vulnerable and deserve to see justice in action within the prison walls, while they serve time. Then they might learn the difference between good and evil…but if not there, then WHERE?
When we send someone to prison they lose some of their rights to liberty and happiness. They should not lose their lives, or the option to improve their lifestyle.
They should not come out of prison battered and bloodied, saying he fell down the stairs once too many times–a lie usually–or come out infected with terminal AIDS or any other transmitted disease. Justice keeps the punishment connected to the crime and does not make the youngest or newest or weakest ‘criminal’ prey for the angry and bored.
One movie, The Shawshank Redemption, focuses on BADLY ADMINISTRATED GOVERNMENT BIG BUSINESS, our U.S. prisons. No surprise of course. NOW WE MUST NOT LOOK AWAY EVEN THOUGH WE FEEL LIKE VOMITING. The guards and the superintendents can be compromised and have been, too often. Can you watch Tim Robbins the actor getting gang raped and not feel the impact of his vulnerablity? He knows how INJUSTICE FEELS. Homosexual type rapes are not happy and gay, they are bloody and battering in this movie. Watch if you can bear it. Any rape is a battering assault, and often bloody in our homes, on our streets, in our schools and even at churches and in hospitals–YES even in teenage parked vehicles.
In the book of Job we are told Satan roams the earth. Now it seems he too often is right at home in our prisons, even though he ‘finds’ those who will compromise their jobs and community trust almost anywhere. We do read the bad news scarring the pages of our newspapers, leaping at us from the internet news pages.
Prison rape must STOP. WHY ARE THE GUARDS TURNING AWAY AND NOT SAYING STOP? VIGILANTE JUSTICE DOES TOO OFTEN RULE OUR PRISONS. The guards often with little education and too much power determine the fate of the ‘criminal’ much like a playground BULLY WOULD. THIS IS UNAMERICAN STYLE INJUSTICE, AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND OF COURSE, UNGODLY.
WE KNOW! NOW WHAT WILL WE DO?
How does a community audit and monitor the prisons within it? The ‘feds’ are not the answer. Our communities must find real people who dare audit the federal government programs in our state–all of them. It was our money, before the feds got their hands on it and redistributed it first to the feds and then back to a few.
If we have no money for these important auditing and monitoring jobs what we do have in MINNESOTA IS ACTIVE VOLUNTEERISM! Get good VOLUNTEERS who have prison experience, SOME RESEARCH EXPERIENCE, and FIND THOSE WHO VALUE JUSTICE AND MERCY. VOLUNTEERS COULD HELP. Now the evildoers may snicker and say, ‘Oh, good idea…and I will be the one to ‘screen” the volunteers.”
It is not rocket science to know those inside ‘ the prison system’ being audited and monitored, those employees ARE NOT THE ONES WHO WILL BE ALLOWED TO SCREEN THE VOLUNTEERS! May God help us be just. We are too used to politics as usual inside these systems of gigantic government gobbling. Wasted time, wasted lives and wasted money must be audited by the bold and the protected if prison is to be corrected. All of government ‘business’ in any state should be examined for graft and mismanagement.
I recommend retired judges and current and former prisoners, ministers, priests and rabbis, chaplains, the military, CPAs, former jury members, health care workers and educators be the volunteers.
Many hearty volunteers are awesome, steady and and ready for this task. We must monitor government–those who are monitoring us!
STOPPING THE FEDs seems impossible because THE FED is not an ACCOUNTABLE “one” PERSON with a phone number, we QUICKLY discover.
The feds have been absent and unaccountable, again too often in MANY GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS LED BY WIMPS WITH THE EVIDENCE IN THEIR HANDS, HIDING IN THE SKIRTS OF GOVERNMENT. Some of these people do as little as possible and are getting paid for ‘overlooking’ instead of ‘oversight’ with VERY SERIOUS consequences!
In Minnesota we have prisons. Going to prison is usually temporary. Do former offenders come out of prison WITH STD’S, battered—emotionally, physically, spiritually —and know they have been deprived of justice AND HUMANE RESPECT? Will bitterness remind them to be hatefilled and revengeful AND OFFEND AGAIN, EVEN OFTEN?
How would we in the community know prison life unless we actively GET INVOLVED AND DEFEND those who have become vulnerable to injustice WITHIN the WALLS of our so called justice system?
Yes, it is still true that individuals are sent to prison who DESERVE TO BE DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY, BUT NOT OF JUSTICE AND MERCY. YES, citizens are also sent there under false pretenses and by false accusations, or with additional ‘counts’ against them. Jury trials and plea bargaining happen and can be very different.
Trusting a jury of one’s peers is possible in the American justice system, even without money for an expensive attorney. Not even 12 people always get it right. But MULTIPLE real people often DO GET IT RIGHT!
“Skin for skin. A man will give all that he has for his own life.” Satan’s predictive words are quoted in the book of Job, egging God on to let Satan persecute a man of faith, even further with boils and great bodily pain, TO PROVE MAN WILL CURSE GOD AND DIE IF HIS SKIN IS IN DANGER. [Scripture states that God has placed 'eternity in every human heart', we all expect there is more. We usually do know not to mess with God, at least 86% of us know. We know to confess to God if we did try that foolish move--doing it my way instead of God's way.]
Are you IN TROUBLE like so many of us with health, family, homes and jobs at risk? Read the short book of Job, and see Job stand up to his ‘comforting’ friend’s advice, from the ash heap. God is willing to debate, even Satan, and God records the evidence in real life, real time events.
“So the LORD blessed the later end of Job’s life more than the first.” See chapters 40 through 42, a mind inspiring conclusion better than the movie’s! GO THERE to see Satan with egg on his face, speechless and reminded God’s justice may grind slowly, it will take place.
In the USA we get a chance to strengthen our ability to trust God. We all have trials. More and more often we now wonder about those ‘rule of law type trials’, or the use of case law in trials. Are trials being decided by legalese type precedence, in court rooms where there are some unsavory, unaccountable, unjust, egocentric, life appointed judges ruling–quite unopposed in their ‘owned’ bailiwicks. Impeachment works here, too! Start something good! Impeach more judges. Elect ALL judges.
And we have heard the excellent verdicts handed down by juries and judges who are not rewriting law, but applying it.
Impeach an ‘UNJUST JUDGE’–not an oxymoron. Electing judges will start something good in our state because then ‘we the people’ will audit the outcomes of these judges… and we will know how they treated us or our neighbors.

Now to we Christians…more is expected of us! The press and the public quickly call us hypocrites if we are less than PERFECT, AND SOMETIMES FOR GOOD REASONS AND FOR REAL GUILT. Christians are not perfect, but are forgiven, and God our Father hears our Advocate say, “For those sinners I died.” Thank you, Lord Jesus!
However, many of us new, growing, and mature Christians continue to believe in God, even when falsely accused, ridiculed, persecuted at work, at school, in blogs–it can and does happen–often by a few OTHER HYPOCRITES. Sometimes the accusations are CORRECT, AND THAT SHOULD NEVER BE.
God’s law is above man’s law, will judge all things. Obeying God can get us into man’s courtroom for doing right! God’s courtroom counts more and takes longer. Shall God the righteous judge not see and judge correctly, in the end? He often gives us Christians, and others, a chance to change and to redirect our lives, even when we’re doing it pretty much right–or impudently WRONG! Sometimes we could do better and even learn more about the best way–if given the chance for change. Askers get answers. Wait. God is good. Trust all the way through each problem, and all the way home, and then ‘Rejoice Evermore’. For Christians there is no God but the LORD, Creator of Heaven and Earth, and All who dwell therein.”
We Christians are not “in the closet” in America–although our prayer closet is too often EMPTY OF US! We live out loud and do things right and wrong and we ALWAYS need God’s help, and WE OFTEN NEED our neighbor’s and our community’s help to live above our personal weaknesses–even to monitor ourselves. Humility is good. We are human–yet ETERNAL SOULS in a temporary tangible body that responds to temptation right or wrong. All people are invited as sinners to investigate Jesus eternal plan for eternal lifestyles and ongoing forgiveness. Jesus is our Advocate and our attorney in God’s courtroom. Only known sinners ever become saints–and members of God’s family! We Christians know that only Jesus never sinned–and He is God–tempted like us, ‘yet without sin’ so very unlike the rest of us, as well!
So, 86% of us have a Christian heritage and believe in God with us, by His Spirit.
DARE PROVE that faith CHRISTIANS. LIVE IT OUT SO THAT THE WORLD OF BROKEN AND NEGLECTED AND AFRAID PEOPLE WILL SEE THE SPIRIT OF ALMIGHTY GOD IN US–and even see Him take time to correct us–so we can actually do good.
God is love, true…He said so. Yet when we look around and remember God is just it makes us tremble for our country…was that Tom Jefferson’s paraphrased quote?

Back to the future:
In America the way we treat the vulnerable will count for or against us–Jesus said, “I was in prison and you visited me not…as you treat the least of these you do it to Me.”
By putting people in prison we make them vulnerable to the worst members of our society, some roaming prisons like Satan roams the earth, often in gangs, using unfair tactics, always available to discredit God, undo good and make God’s people look ridiculous or unrealistic and uneducated.
Abuse absolutely needs to be stopped in America, especially in our prison’s ‘halls of justice’. Only the stupid, uneducated, pessimistic, unjust among us would defend abuse…and they need to be BOLDLY debated and debunked and IMPEACHED FROM ANY LEADERSHIP ROLE. ###

After the problem of Ground Zero Mosque has escalated it becomes an urgent necessity to distinguish ‘Moderate’ from ‘Radical’ Islam. Without making such a distinction the US and the rest of the world will remain divided regarding this issue. Debates about the issue can be endless unless we define the words ‘radical’ and ‘moderate’.
Mosque leaders, Islamic scholars, and organizations who want to be considered Moderates MUST clearly and unambiguously declare the following declaration in their media outlets and on their websites.
I suggest that you send this declaration to Mosque leaders and the Islamic organizations inside the US and worldwide to see if they are ready to accept such a declaration or not.
Please feel free to circulate this newsletter so that we can start a process that allows us to distinguish radical from moderate Islam.
Declaration of Beliefs of Muslim Moderates -
I (We) are Muslims who want contemporary understandings of Islam to replace currently predominant harsh and radical (Salafi/Wahabbi) interpretations of our religion. We therefore declare that:
1- Redda Law, the Sharia Law that allows the killing of Muslims who convert to other faiths, must be banned in Islamic teachings and in Sharia legal doctrine. Islamic countries that practice Sharia must stop the practice of this law and must admit that Freedom of belief and the right to convert to other faith or believe is a basic right that must be given to all Muslims.
2- Current mainstream Sharia doctrines justify the use of violence against women. They encourage men to beat their wives to discipline them. They allow women accused of adultery to be stoned to death. These doctrines are barbarically inhumane, non-egalitarian, and teach Muslim children to be violent. These teachings must be ended by reinterpreting the Islamic text that justifies such violence.
3- Traditional Sharia doctrines teach Muslims that they must engage in war so that Islam will dominate the world. When Islam becomes dominant, Non-Muslims are offered three options: to convert to Islam, to pay Jizzia (a humiliating tax), or to be killed. These doctrines run contrary to modern respect for diversity and for personal freedom of speech and belief. This understanding of Jihad that seeks domination of Islam over other peoples must no longer be regarded as an Islamic value and its teaching as a duty for Muslims must end.
The early Islamic wars known as “Futohaat Islameia” were fought to implement this doctrine of Jihad. These wars therefore should now be regarded as un-Islamic and un-justifiable.
4- Jews are individuals who deserve the same respect accorded to all individuals. They should not be called “pigs and monkeys.” The Islamic teaching that Muslims must fight and kill all Jews before the end of days is totally incorrect and unacceptable as it does not exist in the Quran. All teachings that encourage anti-Semitic attitudes, violence or disrespect toward Jews must be declared un-Islamic.
5- Slavery is a crime against humanity. All Sharia laws that justify slavery in our modern times must not be taught any more. Muslim scholars must have a clear and loud voice against slavery.
6- Islamic Sharia laws currently permit the killing homosexuals. These laws also are advocating a crime against our fellow human beings. They must be declared un-Islamic and their implementation must be considered criminal.

The above violent teachings, which currently are taught in mainstream Islamic books in America, are implemented in countries that allow governance according to Sharia Law. Future Muslim generations must be protected from these destructive doctrines, interpretations and customs.
These violent Sharia doctrines must be replaced with clear and unconditional explanations of why they no longer are valid.
Anything short of a fully clear and unequivocal stand against these doctrines indicates passive approval. Therefore, all Islamic leaders who genuinely consider themselves to be Muslim moderates must post these principles in English and in Arabic in full public view on their websites and declare them in their media outlets.
Failure to publicly post and support these principles should be interpreted as clear evidence that a leader’s mosque or Islamic organization must be considered radical.

American law does not include stonings, legalized pressure to voice forced conversions, elevation of prejudicial and unequally applied laws nor the taking of lives due to difference of religious beliefs.
